Autonomic Response Testing (A.R.T.) is an advanced form of biofeedback developed by Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt and further evolved by Daniela Deiosso, MSc, Founder of the Klinghardt Institute. It works with the body’s autonomic nervous system - the part that regulates healing, repair, and balance - to identify and resolve hidden stresses that may be interfering with health.
A key principle of A.R.T. is that our bodies communicate and regulate through subtle electromagnetic signals and biophotons - tiny packets of light emitted by our cells. By working with the body’s natural use of full-spectrum light and biophoton communication, A.R.T. can reveal disturbances that conventional methods often overlook, such as unresolved infections, environmental toxins, scar interference fields, or even unresolved emotional trauma.
Using gentle muscle response testing, A.R.T. provides precise, real-time feedback about what is stressing the system, and more importantly, what helps restore balance. This allows the practitioner to:
- Identify the true priority issues the body is facing.
- Determine which therapies, remedies, or interventions the body responds positively to.
- Support the natural self-healing capacity in a safe, individualized way.
The testing allows us to establish what will work for a particular stressor. We can test for all the main chronic infections and toxins and narrow down what to focus on. This may also cover things such as a bad sleeping location (geopathic stress), electromagnetic radiation, trauma, interference from scars, tattoos, hidden dental infections or jaw stress if these come up as priorities.
